This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for coaching products and services purchased from Rinsingrestore. We strive to provide fair and transparent policies that respect both our clients and our coaching team. Please read this policy carefully before booking any posture coaching session or purchasing a coaching package from rinsingrestore.world.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all coaching products offered by Rinsingrestore, including the Foundation Posture Review ($89 NZD), the Six-Week Alignment Programme ($349 NZD), One-on-One Desk Habits Coaching sessions ($120 NZD per session), and any supplementary digital resources provided as part of these packages. This policy does not cover third-party products or services that may be referenced on our website.

2. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 of New Zealand, clients who purchase coaching packages online or by phone may cancel their purchase within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date, provided no coaching sessions have been attended or delivered. To exercise this right, contact us at support@rinsingrestore.world with your booking reference and request for cancellation. A full refund will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.

3. Foundation Posture Review

Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled review session time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled once at no additional charge or refunded at fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show), are non-refundable. If Rinsingrestore cancels your session due to coach unavailability, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

4. Six-Week Alignment Programme

The Six-Week Alignment Programme is a bundled coaching product consisting of six weekly sessions and associated digital resources. If you cancel before attending your first session, you are eligible for a full refund under the cooling-off period described above. After the first session has been completed, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis: the cost of completed sessions plus a twenty percent (20%) administrative fee will be deducted from the total package price, and the remaining balance will be refunded. No refunds are available after the fourth session of the programme has been completed. Unused sessions from a partially refunded package cannot be transferred to another person without written approval from Rinsingrestore.

5. One-on-One Desk Habits Coaching

Individual desk habits coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the following terms. Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance qualify for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours in advance may be rescheduled once without charge; refunds at this stage are at the discretion of Rinsingrestore and typically issued at fifty percent (50%) of the session fee. Cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable. Clients who purchase multiple sessions in advance may cancel unused sessions for a refund minus a fifteen percent (15%) administrative fee, provided at least one session remains unused and cancellation is requested before the expiry of any promotional pricing.

6. Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Clients may reschedule any booked session up to two (2) times without penalty, provided each reschedule request is made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the original appointment time. Additional reschedule requests within the same booking may incur a $15 NZD administrative fee. Reschedule requests made with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice are treated as cancellations under the terms applicable to the specific coaching product booked.

7. Digital Resources

Digital materials provided as part of our coaching products, including exercise sheets, habit trackers, ergonomic guides, and session summary reports, are non-returnable once delivered to your email or client portal. If digital resources have not yet been sent at the time of cancellation, they will not be delivered and no separate charge applies. In cases where a full package refund is issued before digital resources are accessed, no deduction is made for these materials.

8. Coach Cancellations

If Rinsingrestore must cancel a session due to coach illness, emergency, or unforeseen studio closure, affected clients will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone. You will be offered priority rescheduling at your convenience or a full refund for the cancelled session. We are not liable for any incidental costs you may incur due to a coach-initiated cancellation, such as travel expenses to our Belmont studio.

9. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our coaching services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, be fit for the purpose discussed during booking, and be completed within a reasonable time. If our services fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including resupply of the service, partial refund, or full refund depending on the severity of the failure. To raise a concern about the quality of your coaching experience, contact us at support@rinsingrestore.world within thirty (30) days of the session in question. We will investigate your concern and propose a fair resolution.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of confirmation and returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional three to five (3–5) business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you paid in a different currency, the refunded amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations applied by your bank or card issuer.

11. Package Transfers

Coaching packages purchased from Rinsingrestore are generally non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, such as relocation outside New Zealand, we may allow transfer of remaining sessions to another person at our discretion. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to support@rinsingrestore.world and are subject to a $25 NZD administrative fee. Online coaching sessions may be converted to accommodate clients who relocate within New Zealand without requiring a package transfer.

12. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision or believe your consumer rights have not been respected, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or seek advice from Consumer Protection, a service provided by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
