1. About Our Services
Rinsingrestore provides posture and body habit coaching services through in-studio sessions at our Belmont, Auckland location and online video sessions available to clients across New Zealand. Our coaching products include the Foundation Posture Review, Six-Week Alignment Programme, One-on-One Desk Habits Coaching, and related digital resources such as exercise sheets, habit trackers, and ergonomic guides. Our services are educational and coaching in nature, focused on helping clients develop awareness, alignment, and sustainable body habits.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least sixteen years of age to book coaching sessions or purchase products from Rinsingrestore. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the participant meets all eligibility requirements.
3. Account and Booking
When you book a coaching session or purchase a package through our website or by contacting us directly, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any booking confirmations or account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or failure to comply with these Terms.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on rinsingrestore.world are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Current pricing for our coaching products is as follows: Foundation Posture Review at $89 NZD, Six-Week Alignment Programme at $349 NZD, and One-on-One Desk Habits Coaching at $120 NZD per session. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers as communicated during the booking process.
5. Session Delivery
In-studio sessions take place at 103 Lake Road, Belmont, Auckland 0624, New Zealand. You are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund or extension. Online sessions are conducted via secure video link provided before your appointment. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, well-lit space for online coaching. We are not liable for session disruptions caused by technical issues on the client's end.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Rinsingrestore, you agree to participate in coaching sessions in good faith, communicate openly about your posture concerns and physical comfort, follow safety guidelines provided by your coach, wear appropriate clothing for movement during sessions, inform your coach of any relevant physical conditions or limitations before sessions begin, and refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent. You acknowledge that posture coaching requires consistent personal effort between sessions to achieve meaningful results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on rinsingrestore.world, including text, graphics, logos, exercise materials, habit trackers, and coaching methodologies, is the intellectual property of Rinsingrestore or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may use materials provided during your coaching programme for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmitting malware or harmful code, scraping or harvesting data without permission, impersonating Rinsingrestore or its representatives, and using the website to distribute unsolicited commercial messages.
9. Disclaimers
Our posture coaching services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our coaches are experienced professionals dedicated to helping you improve alignment and body habits, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Rinsingrestore, its directors, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or coaching services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific coaching product or session giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rinsingrestore and its affiliates, officers, employees, and coaches from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
